1. Q:What are the advantages of your company?

2. Q:Can you supply OEM &ODM service ?
A:Yes, but have MOQ require for some of the products.
3. Q:What kind of certificates your products have acquired ?
A:Most of our ESS and EPS products are acquired CE, ROHS,MSDS,UN38.3, UL1973, which is able to satisfy most country’s importing requirements.
4. Q:How long is the delivery time of your products?
A:The delivery time for household ESS(without inverter)product is generally 5-7days, for household EPS(with inverter) product is generally 7days. For HPS(High voltage Stackable Module)product need 10-15days.
5. Q:How do you ship the goods since they are high capacity battery ?
A:We have the shipment documents, and package is wooden box, also we have long-term cooperated forwarders who are professional at battery shipment.
6. Q:How long is the warranty? How to maintain the quality problem? How to deal with the quality problem?
A:For ESS products, we are guaranteed for 5 years. For EPS and HPS products, we are guaranteed for 3 years. For small problems, we will issue maintenance instructions and express spare parts. Customers can repair and replace spare parts by themselves according to the instructions. If it cannot be solved within the warranty period, our company will arrange professional people to repair or changed the products.
7. Q:Does your ESS/HPS/EPS have UPS function?
A:The ESS and HPS products no have, there is no inverter inside, while EPS products have UPS function.
8. Q:Can you supply solar panels? Can you recommend the solar panels for each product?
A:We can provide solar panels if customer need, engineer will give you professional suggestions
